I had just purchased a 2025 x-5 I took it on a trip and got stuck in South Carolina when I brought it to the dealership there they said the battery has not been correctly connected. I sent the service dept got stuck in South Carolina when I brought it to the dealership there they said the battery has not been correctly connected. I sent the service dept a bill that I was charged($275) they not only refused to pay but never got back to me More
