Eliminated the vibration in drivetrain! Kyle, Cesar, and Brian worked with BMW engineers for months till they changed the back axles and now a smoorh ride. Great Problem Solving Experience I had service & a leak repair done. Upon using the curtesy shuttle for pickup at closing time (due to high traffic), I noticed a mechanic nail & nut ( I had service & a leak repair done. Upon using the curtesy shuttle for pickup at closing time (due to high traffic), I noticed a mechanic nail & nut (or washer) set in the center tread of my right rear tire. I heard the noise immediately in the lot at startup and uturned before exiting facility to nearest road. I saw nail set with my cell flashlight & called service line to no avail. With no option, i drove home and contacted Ferman the next morning. Service rep Stefanie and Supervisor Paul, repaired the tire right away. I am very satisfied with my service. More
