Best in the Business I went to Ferman in hopes of finding a way to trade my current car in for the one I’ve always wanted. This was my first experience by myself at a car I went to Ferman in hopes of finding a way to trade my current car in for the one I’ve always wanted. This was my first experience by myself at a car lot, so i was skeptical. I happened to bump into Steve Venden as i walked up and he immediately got to know me and my situation. I wanted an X6 and Steve listened but told me he may have something better. He then continued to give me all the details of both cars a and went into detail about the differences. Long story short, i ended up leaving the lot with a car i loved more than what i came there looking for. Steve was excellent throughout the whole process, helping myself and allowing me to be a part of the process as well. With all his experience with BMW, he could have easily talked down to me or let me simply walk away with the X6 that i wanted. I can’t thank Steve enough for all his work and patience as i went through this process with tons of questions. I wouldn’t deal with anyone other than Steve when you’re looking for you’re new BMW. More
