Good experience, smooth process I visited the dealership after seeing a pretty decent deal on a used Buick. I needed a car that was easier to get out of, as I just had back surgery a I visited the dealership after seeing a pretty decent deal on a used Buick. I needed a car that was easier to get out of, as I just had back surgery and my sports car sat too low to the ground to continually drive daily. Although the first offer for a trade in value for my car was a bit insulting, the manager then recanted and gave me a reasonable offer. The buying process was quick and easy. The only real complaint I have is the dealer fee. It was outrageous, I have never seen a dealer fee that high in all dealerships I have visited. I’d like to thank Dan, he was a great salesman.
