I had just purchased a used 330i and took it in for service. Roy, my service advisor, made me feel welcomed and provided excellent customer service. Ferman was my BMW for 50K mile service which included replacing spark plugs. Returned car to me with defective spark plugs after technician note on test drive an issue but replaced but only one plug. On replacing spark plugs. Returned car to me with defective spark plugs after technician note on test drive an issue but replaced but only one plug. One plug replaced didn’t solve the problem which presented again when I got home. Ferman told me to bring car back rather than coming to get it. Ultimately Ferman told me to have it towed back, reimbursed expense of towing and returned car to my home. Too much of my time and effort went into resolving an issue Ferman created. More

Cesar at the service desk is always very efficient and very nice. Jaime, who works outside is one of your best employees. He is always pleasant and greets me by name.
