Where do I start? Told me they would do a job and then after getting my money for the diagnosis, they aid they wouldn't do the work. Time before that, the technician Told me they would do a job and then after getting my money for the diagnosis, they aid they wouldn't do the work. Time before that, the technician couldn't find the antifreeze leak and he told me that BMW's use antifreeze and you are supposed to have to always add it. Total incompetence and I had to show the leak to the mechanic and he still couldn't accept that he was wrong. From one mechanic to another, you shouldn't be allowed to turn a wrench in a dealership.
