I was given a quote, when they called me to pick up vehicle told me it was more that what I was quoted. I never got a phone call before hand to give them the go ahead with new price. Then they told me if I wanted the original quote price they would have to put aftermarket parts in my car. I can’t believe BMW allows this to happen at one of their dealerships. I tried getting in touch with the service manager 3 times per his request and never a call back. So it seems he doesn’t care either. More

I ask for a replacement and to file a warranty claim because the car was pretty new and found it odd. The tire was replaced but I never got a call from him when the car was ready. I had to call the dealer to find out if it was ready, which it was and he had left for the day without informing me. 2. When I came in my car had 8k miles and it was determined that I should change the oil as well since I’m there. Sure, that’s a good idea. A few days later I get notified by the BMW app and the car software that I need to change the oil. 3. I follow up with Chris a few days later regarding the oil change issue and the tire warranty claim. He told me he will set up a tech to come out and reset the light/statistics on the car oil. He never followed up on this, even after several calls, voicemails, emails. Also in regards to the tire warranty claim I was given the run around. I asked for proof that they submitted the claim and he just couldn’t provide one. Instead he gave me the phone number to calm them myself , which I did, only to get me nowhere because they don’t have any case number under my name in the system. After a couple more days I take the time to go the dealer to get the oil light reset because Chris again never followed up to send a tech like he said he would, and also to talk to the parts manager regarding the tire warranty claim. As I’m waiting for the manager in the lobby for 15-20 min to come out to speak with me, Chris comes back around finding me to tell me he spoke with the parts manager and they will take it up the chain and try to get BMW to reimburse me for the tire replacement. A couple weeks later, trying to reach Chris again for a status update and I get no call backs, no responses. It’s a very frustrating experience. My wife and I bought two BMWs last year from Ferman worth 150k. To say that I’m less then pleased with the customer service at Ferman is a huge understatement. I received the request to write this survey weeks ago. I held on writing this review over and over because I wanted Chris and the dealer to have the chance to come through with the customer service and remedied the situation. Unfortunately they never did. I’m assuming this is an internal review and feedback. I’ll refrain from posting my experience on Google and other social media sites hoping that a higher up will see this and take some action. If I don’t hear back within a week from anyone l I’ll have to share my experience on the open platform. I don’t want other people to experience the lack of customer service that I’ve experienced.
