I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership, especially for just changing my oil! The service staff was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. My car sat with you for 2 months before I sent a tow truck to bring it back home. You have the worst service of any dealer or mechanic I've ever personally witnessed in 50 years. My car was not functioning correctly when I left the dealership after an oil change. They said it was test driven but it was not. Service rep, Sal, was argumentative.and didn’t want to listen to the fac dealership after an oil change. They said it was test driven but it was not. Service rep, Sal, was argumentative.and didn’t want to listen to the facts even after a test drive with your senior service rep experienced the same issue within a quarter of a mile (when we brought it back). no one was listening to us or each other - poor communication.
