Emergency Care I was out of town visiting my daughter when the engine light came on. They were able to see me early the next day and fix the problem (I was leaving I was out of town visiting my daughter when the engine light came on. I always seemto have a car issue when visiting Florida. Aprevious time there was a short in the car door handle which was draining the battery and causing computer issues. This required obtaining a spare part from New Jersey and agin there was a time constraint. They provided a loaner for a couple of days until they could get the part in. Again, they provided excellent service. More

I brought my mini in for routine work- oil change, wipers etc. and my extended warranty kicked in that I purchased when I purchased the vehicle new in 2015 which happened to be a good thing because I had something wrong with my sensor on my coolant system and it was a very expensive part and labor the only amount I had to pay was my deductible of $250 and Courtney who is Amazing! was my service consultant and explained everything to me so I had to leave my car there and they provided me with a Rental mini. As always they far exceeded my expectations ! More

great advisor ...but car was not completely checked over.. sal my adviser was professional in every way.....I was not impressed at all in that my car was just barely washed...thru a machine ....inside was not sal my adviser was professional in every way.....I was not impressed at all in that my car was just barely washed...thru a machine ....inside was not really cleared well.....I asked to check all and that was not done as some lights still do not work... I did not tell the advisor that but I was assured that the car would be gone over completely....for over 8 grand I expected that to be done.....but I can not say enough about sal.....exceptional service advisor....I go to a car wash here in tarpon and they do a much better job that what I got at Ferman... Second time's the charm Had my 2017 Mini Cooper S John Cooper Works convertible serviced here a year ago and felt steamrolled by upsells and recalls. Was not super satisfied Had my 2017 Mini Cooper S John Cooper Works convertible serviced here a year ago and felt steamrolled by upsells and recalls. Was not super satisfied with that experience and would have rated it a two/five. This time things were smooth and the servicing was done quickly without a lot of pressure. They made right one defect left over from a year before recall and overall I am much more satisfied. More
