Great Service Experience Got to the dealership before opening and one of the service guys setting up invited me to go inside any way and have coffee while I waited 10 minutes Got to the dealership before opening and one of the service guys setting up invited me to go inside any way and have coffee while I waited 10 minutes for them to open instead of sitting outside in my car. That was much appreciated. It took about 5 days for the car to be prepared and they were great about letting me know how things were progressing daily. In addition, the ability to have a loaner car during that time ensures that I was not “stranded” while the car was being repaired. Very good experience!! More

Frustrated with lack of communication I was frustrated with the communication from the service department. Marc Youngsma was my service rep and I had to repeated call to get a hold of him. I was frustrated with the communication from the service department. Marc Youngsma was my service rep and I had to repeated call to get a hold of him. Left several messages and text and there was a lack of urgency to get back to me. He stated that there had been issues/problems with texting systems and that could of been the case but the phone messages were not returned in a timely manner. It was my first time to your dealership and my car did get fixed but I was frustrated by the end of the process. Not sure I will be back More
