Just okay There was no advance planning and my service rep treated me as if my questions were barely tolerable. It was known that prior to my visit that my tire had a slow leak and no one checked on the availability of a replacement tire until I had already waited an hour. It took 3 hours to change oil, wipers, and one tire. It was also frustrating that pricing a simple wiper replacement took so long and was so expensive. The processes could definitely use some streamlining. More

SIMPLE OIL CHANGE FOR BMW 535I MSPORT Even after clearly stating the issues, With Nick, he never advised his Blue team to perform any courtesy inspection and move over they stated everything is fine on the document.** Everyone waiting for their car can hear the noises on the car and told me. Rear tires are less thread and bad but not mentioned. Just to name a few things. Finally, they called me 3 hours after the car was ready and parked outside, while i was sitting right in front. (Simple Oil change) BAD EXPERIENCE WITH FERMAN SERVICE. I called and left several messages to the service manager and never recieved a call back or can reach him, sorry to say this but Ferman BMW has lost their customer Service courtesy skills. I am not a complaining type but this action needs attention. Please make a note and think before you take your bmw to Ferman More

I was very pleased with the information they shared, the fact they did not try to upsell me on fixing things that were not wrong with my car and the convenience of the arrangements to get my car there and also myself to work. Engine light came on when wife on way to work, she came home She only went 3 blocks when the light went on. I drove her to work. I used my OBD to diagnose the problem, the code was P0456. The service adviser was very professional and courteous. The problem (leaking gasket on gas cap). Everything took about 2 hours and they washed the car. Alex Murray More
