Tires warranty not honored. I paid for my service I was surprised that my deflated tires are not covered by the warrant bought at the beginning of the lease. Lick of good communication Overall I was treated well. Your outside greeters and the transportation people were excellent. The service advisor that handled my warranty work quit Overall I was treated well. Your outside greeters and the transportation people were excellent. The service advisor that handled my warranty work quit her job and communication with me on my X1 disappeared. I tried texting, as I was told to, was futile. I had to call and get an update and was told the car was ready for several days. I live a good hour away with no traffic and getting back and forth for service is hard. Another issue has also come up. The sun screen for the panoramic sunroof was replaced and looks good. However, the roof now makes some significant wind noise that was NOT there prior to my bringing the car in for service. This sill require another 2 or more hours of my time. Not good guys. Not good at all...I worked for a BMW dealership in California. It was smaller then yours but one thing all my repeat buyers said was that service was the difference in getting them back in to lease or purchase a new vehicle. You have work to do in my opinion.
