I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership, especially for just changing my oil! The service staff was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. I had my car brought in for service in Septempter, and it was abandoned with no word from your service team until I called and called over and over and finally reached a technician who couldn't really give m was abandoned with no word from your service team until I called and called over and over and finally reached a technician who couldn't really give me any answers about the car. My car sat with you for 2 months before I sent a tow truck to bring it back home. You have the worst service of any dealer or mechanic I've ever personally witnessed in 50 years.
