Took my 2014 BMW and for a recall to have a water pump fixed. After I returned to pick up my car when it was done, the engine light was on so I asked my Furman representative to check it out. His response fixed. After I returned to pick up my car when it was done, the engine light was on so I asked my Furman representative to check it out. His response was that they don’t work on any cars Older than 2015 because they are junk and they have too many maintenance issues. How horrible to say that to me as a BMW owner and send me on my way without any help or resolution. Would never buy a BMW from Furman ever! More
