The sales staff is great (Sara and Mary Jo) but the finance manager and service staff is not. I feel there is dishonesty when getting the car serviced in that they always seem to find other issues and finance manager and service staff is not. I feel there is dishonesty when getting the car serviced in that they always seem to find other issues and upsell unneeded repairs. The finance mgr did not give us two $500 rebates. Granted we did not pay close enough attention when signing the financial docs but he clearly took advantage of that. More

Roy Landis took such great care of me! The actual repair came in on the low end of what he told me it would be. He worked with me on the best time to get my car in for repair, and the work was completed on the same day, just as he said it would be! He arranged for a Lyft to take me home and one to bring me back to Ferman BMW when my car was ready! I would 100% want to work with Roy again. He was the greatest and I appreciate him so much! Roy also recognized That an error was displaying on my console and hooked me up with a “genius” to help me get it fixed! I wish I could remember the genius‘s name, because he was wonderful too! I will continue to do business with Ferman BMW in the future based on all of my experiences with them! More
