Service was great until I picked up my car and drove off. My entire car was spotted with water from the car wash which really annoyed me. I would have turned back but with all the construction on US 19 I did More

Service was great until I picked up my car and drove off. My entire car was spotted with water from the car wash which really annoyed me. I would have turned back but with all the construction on US 19 I didn't want to waste my time. Why on earth do you wash a car without drying it? This happens to me all the time and it's very very frustrating! If it was just a one time thing, I could understand, but it is every single time I bring my car in. I've had many cars over the years and never have I ever driven off with a dirty car. This would stop me from buying a car at your dealership! Ferman BMW, you should do better than that!
