On July 5, 1995 Ferman Motor Car Company celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its foray into the transportation business when Fred Ferman bought out his partner, and became sole owner of Tampa Cycle Company.

A simple 30 minute delivery with an appointment took 2 hours! We were ignored while the salesman worked a deal with another customer! The Ferman Service Department is by far the worst service department that I have ever had to deal with! I have tried to look past the inefficiencies and give them the opportunity to redeem themselves however department that I have ever had to deal with! I have tried to look past the inefficiencies and give them the opportunity to redeem themselves however it seems like they are not capable of doing so. I scheduled a front and back break replacement to which when I arrived I was informed that it could take two days, they may or may not have the parts and a tech would need to analyze prior to performing. I am not the average person who gets work performed without knowing that I need it so when I scheduled the appointment I know what needs to be accomplished. Taking my truck in for service puts a strain on my daily activities for my business so again that is why I schedule accordingly. I purchased about $250,000.00 worth of trucks at this location so I would expect top notch service but again the service department is a joke even on a simple oil change. More
