I like most people didn’t want to tell Tony your staff was given problem on phone and booked this appointment. He said he could change oil and cabin filter that I had asked for when phoning dealership. At approximately 12pm I asked him what was happening as my daughter and myself were still here, He looked at me with a perplexed facial expression and then he stated that the staff had to have lunch. Can you imagine not getting the actual issue you went in for dealt with and just getting a simple service in over 3hours. When I finally told him I wanted to go he said they were finishing up and printed me out my bill for 166.00 he proceeded to give me a 10% rebate for the bad service. Tony I am 64 yrs old 16.00 will not give me back 3.5 hours of my life. Given with the bill was an over two thousand dollar estimate for work he felt was impairitive and upcoming, no mention of the steering when I asked about the original issue he said he didn’t know. Needless to say I'm never ever going back. Jiffy Lube does what you made me wait over 3hours for in less than 15 minutes. Your owner needs to speak with you and your staff. More
