The main reason I stayed with Ferman Jeep is two fold: 1: Jason Logue is a fantastic Service Tech. He is friendly and keeps me informed on the progress of the service on my Jeep. He is the only service tech I want to use. 2: Neil Giles is a fantastic salesman. He listened to what I wanted in my second purchase of a Gladiator and was able to come through with exactly what I was looking for. He was responsive to what my price range was and was able to come through on the price. He kept me informed all through the locating of the vehicle I was looking for and in the purchasing process.
