Scheduled my service appointment for a Mopar 2 inch lift, wheels and tires. Steve took care of me I dropped the car off, provides me with a loaner and after he explained what they were going to do. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. My car was supposedly checked bumper to bumper but i noticed the first day that the rear defrost didn't work. I took it in and after sitting for a LONG time the supposedly checked bumper to bumper but i noticed the first day that the rear defrost didn't work. I took it in and after sitting for a LONG time they said they found the broken piece, glued it in and i needed to bring it back the next day to make sure it was fixed. So the next day i took it back again and again had to wait A LONG TIME before they came and said it still wasn't fixed and had to give me a loaner car which was a piece of crap Jeep. On the way to work the next morning one of the tires was almost flat and i barely made it to work. I then had to contact them to bring me another loaner and then they took it to the wrong location and i had to spend almost an hour trying to get the vehicle and my boss was PISSED. The manager then contacted me and said my vehicle was fixed and wanted to know how i wanted to proceed and i said he needed to bring my car to my home and get their loaner. All of this could have been prevented if they would have checked over the vehicle completely to begin with! More

Came in for service and left with my dream car! I went in for service on my car and was shocked that the issues (MAJOR) might not be covered by my warranty. I was so thrilled and even now almost 3 months later I am still so happy that I got a car that I used to love as a little girl. Just got my new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon! There are so few dealerships that have Jeep Wrangler Rubicons with the Adaptive Cruise Control, which is part of the "Advanced Safety Group" package. There are so few dealerships that have Jeep Wrangler Rubicons with the Adaptive Cruise Control, which is part of the "Advanced Safety Group" package. I looked through over two hundred Jeeps within a 200-mile radius from Riverview, Florida, and only came up with 5 Jeep Wranglers that I could confirm had this feature. There were 10 or more Jeep Wrangler Unlimited vehicles with this feature, but I didn't want the 4-door model. I had to go through all the photos of the steering wheels to make sure it had the ACC buttons because there wasn't anything in the vehicle descriptions which indicated "Advanced Safety Group" or "Enhanced Adaptive Cruise Control". Anyway, I found the Jeep I wanted at Ferman, called and did the credit application over the phone and drove from Riverview to New Port Richey to pick up my new vehicle. It was pretty easy to do.
