while i am very happy with my new 2020 Explorer and Dominic and the sales department it should be noted that your finance man Frank is a deadbeat and lire. He told me that my discount was based on fina Dominic and the sales department it should be noted that your finance man Frank is a deadbeat and lire. He told me that my discount was based on financing with Ford credit and it would be at 4% APR. He then with out telling me switched me to Ally bank thus cheating Ford Credit and when I checked my APR was 4.75 not 4%. I would advise anyone to deal with Dominic and stay clear of the finance department. I have since paid off my loan. Buyer be ware of the Finance department and read all the paperwork they want you to sign. Management I know you get kick back from finance lenders but do not cheat the buyer and be honest. I plan to post this on social media so others wont be cheated More
