I purchased a so called CPO vehicle. I think the dealer has an opposing view of that term. There definition is that it meets the mileage criteria only. I had my truck in because of a loud metal rattle sound under the truck on the drivers side. The tech's had were not able to find it but said it was a leaf spring on the passenger side and they replaced th under the truck on the drivers side. The tech's had were not able to find it but said it was a leaf spring on the passenger side and they replaced the spring. That did not stop the rattle. I told a friend about that is a mechanic and he crawled under the drivers side and pushed the shield that covers the cat. Converter up because it was bent and banging on the converter. I told Robert, the service writer where the noise was coming from and it wasn't anywhere near the leaf springs. Needless to say, I was less than happy about this service trip. More
