I was at Ferman on 2 occasions within a week of each other, for half shaft seals and tire sensor and then again for windshield motors. On both occasions I was treated with courtesy and respect, being apprised of what my car needed and the best way to proceed. Dealt with Robert Guinness and the last time with William Pannier. Can’t say enough about the service I received. Robert was especially helpful and went out of his way to accommodate. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting excellent service.
