I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received from the team at Five Star Ford. I mean…does anyone really love buying a car? The entire process is tedious, frustrating, and mind numbing. But Jeff from the team at Five Star Ford. I mean…does anyone really love buying a car? The entire process is tedious, frustrating, and mind numbing. But Jeff Crabtree and Alfredo made it feel less painless. The finance department also went to bat for me. And Jeff even stayed through that process and got me additional money for my trade-in, while I was in financing. No one has ever done that for me. EVER.
