Rick Delivered Again! Rick Dike found the vehicle I wanted and delivered the next day. He always performs the highest level of service when we come in. David Hill was excellent in preparing our finance paperwork and explained everything completely. I We would only give the young lady that went over our truck a 3 Star rating. I know millenials think everyone knows the ends and outs of technology, but she blew through the inter workings of how the truck works. Instead of first setting us up with the online app, she atttempted to begin explaining how things worked. She went so fast, we became frustrated with her explanations and were ready to leave before we actually knew how the systems worked and what each button did. She acted like she was in a hurry and had other things to do. I would suggest next time, use someone that is more our age (seniors) to really go through the buttons and systems to make sure we know how things work before we drive off the lot. We'll probably be back for a refresher course some Saturday in the future. More
