A Good Ending I had the turbo chargers replaced on my 2009 F250 Superduty and 6 days later it overheated and did damage to the engine because antifreeze made its wa I had the turbo chargers replaced on my 2009 F250 Superduty and 6 days later it overheated and did damage to the engine because antifreeze made its way into the oil. Ford contended that it was just bad luck. After all the analysis and understanding the process of adding antifreeze back into the motor after repairs under pressure to detect leaks if there are any...they are "probably" right but it is impossible to know for sure. I did have to elevate the issue to the GM level because I wanted some concessions for my ruined truck and nobody else could make that decision. I drove away with a new F150 3.5l 4x4 and it is more than enough to pull an RV. It is nice when people can share one another's burdens and reach a good compromise. Good job 5 Star Ford More

I want to thank bob nemri for overall helping me in my first purchase at a dealership and in the cojtinuing of fixing the vehicle i purchased. I also did not like the guy felipe intervening with the deal i had with bob.. the man would be complaining that he cant do this or that i asked to see the manager with felipe said he would bring him by but nothing instead bashar bob nemri cleared everything in the deal and i hope whatever deal bob gets from the sale that guy felipe is excluded since he did not do anything to help nor absolute nothing. This time I thought I would try a new approach to buying a new car and use the web side of what 5 Star ford was offering. The inventory was at your fingertip and saved many hours of walking the lot. The information was ready available and the Check Availability option was perfect. I chose a car that met our goals and priced within the range we had budgeted. I clicked the option and soon I received an email and call form David Deger Internet Mgr. We had a cordial talk and he said that the SUV was available and was eager to help us with the process. There was no pressure call or texts other to remind us he was there to assist in what questions we had. I called David back and arranged an appointment. We arrived and were met by a very professional soft spoken yet very knowledgeable salesman. David had already done his homework and was prepared for us (my wife and I). The process was painless and my wife commented how quick the process was completed and we were very pleased. David was very professional in his approach and his manners and speaking to BOTH of us not just me. and that's a good thing as in that the SUV was for my wife and she felt very engaged and not just a person just sitting there. HE took the time to explain the features of the SUV and was very complete. We were extremely pleased in using the Internet side of sales and would HIGHLY recommend this process.
