Alfred El-Darazi has been awarded top salesman for more years than I can remember -- there are many reasons for that honor. We have bought at least seven vehicles through the years from 5 star ford--the last four have been from Alfred. He goes above and beyond to help us find exactly what we are looking for -- this time, I just texted him what we needed and why, and he had vehicles ready when we arrived for us to begin our search. He's very honest and straight forward, as well as knowledgeable and patient. Buying a car isn't always fun, nor planned, and it sure is nice to have someone you can count on to make a difficult situation so much better! Landon Owens was our service advisor on the vehicle that we traded in -- we came to him from a very frightening situation and he was amazingly kind, patient and extremely helpful. John was kind enough to come quickly to the sales showroom when he noticed all the new car sales people were busy with other customers. We had tons of questions and if John didn't have the answer he immediately got the answer for us. There were some issues with our home dealership so we did the next best thing by going to Five Star Ford. This was the first time we had purchased outside of our home dealership and will be back for our next purchase! I even called the dealership to speak with John and he answered, his cell phone! This guy won't miss your call since he forwards his calls to where ever he is. John walked us through all the electronic amenities on our New Explorer. There is even a class to take on Saturday's for more understanding. Tut was our finance guy. Funny does not begin to describe his personality. We laughed until our sides hurt. He was very informative and helpful with keeping our budget in mind. These guys were amazing and showed extreme empathy for our frustration in dealing with our home dealership.
