little things missed while prepping my truck for delivery my experience with my sales pro and finance pro was great. Bob was able to get the payments to the price I was comfortable with. my only issue is my experience with my sales pro and finance pro was great. Bob was able to get the payments to the price I was comfortable with. my only issue is with the people that prep the vehicle for delivery after the sale. after getting home and showing it to a buddy, I noticed the windshield washer reservoir was empty and 3 tires were 4-5 lbs low on air. Admittedly, these are small issues. However, with the number of dealerships to choose from in the DFW area, missing little details can be a big thing. More

My third purchase 5 star has been my dealership for the past 3 car purchases for 3 reason. One, they have great specials that are worth the time to look into. I literal 5 star has been my dealership for the past 3 car purchases for 3 reason. One, they have great specials that are worth the time to look into. I literally had a salesman that I had never seen drive a car to my house to prove to me that the sale price was no gimmick! I bought that car while it was setting in my driveway and the salesman had his wife follow him out very sure I would buy. Second, I have not found a pushy, arrogant, associate anywhere on their property. Service, sales, all seem to be singing off the same page. Third, Sam Limo, and Aaron Dias, seem to want you to get more than what you thought was possible. I am not Ford crazed but have to confess 5 star has made me a believer in them. I went to Huggins Honda, Hiley Mazda, Freeman Toyota, and 5 star in one day and all I can say is 5 star was drastically better. More
