Everyone we interacted with made us feel welcome and like family. Alfred was wonderful to work with to help us purchase our son’s birthday present. This started off a great experience. Alfred was kind and courteous. He was not pushy at all. I expect salesmen to know just a little bit more about the car. The entire experience changed once I signed the dotted line. One of the keys was not working, Alfred told me to come back on Friday to have key programmed. When I arrived the key guy said he didn’t program keys for bmw. We had drive 40mins to get there. Alfred went on to say there dealer is not responsible for 2nd key and I would have to pay to replace. The key guy saw how bummed we were and said he would at least check the battery. He changed it and the key worked fine. At least the key guy cared enough to at least try. I also found several defects on the car the next morning. Granted I bought my car at round 8:45pm and I am aware it was used. I was not shown any pictures about blemishes or told about any of the blemishes. The lower front grill was missing a piece. There were also several scratches and some hail damage. Nothing major and not a deal breaker. As a customer I just want to be informed. The dealer did agree to replace tire. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get me in. They did but damaged my rim while doing so. I asked for pictures to see if it was there prior to. The matanience foreman said there were non but does see how the damage could have been done. I brought this to 3 people’s attention and they all agreed to fix. Even took my ID and insurance to setup loaner. Josh, the manager then ask me to go wait inside alone. He then comes in and says the scratches were already there. He presents me with pictures of every blemish on my vehicle. I asked to see date of photos but was not shown. Josh told me I would have to pay to have rim fixed but he knows a guy that can do it for cheap. At this point I will find my own person. If you buy a used car here, make sure you do a full walk through. As friendly as they may seem, remember they are salesmen and their goal is to make as much money of of you as possible. Honesty still goes a long way. I my case I still would have the car as it was nice overall and was fairly priced. More
