Five Star Ford (NRH) - The Best Dealership I recently purchased my third vehicle from Five Star Ford (North Richland Hills) over a period of sixteen years. Friends of mine have purchased vehic I recently purchased my third vehicle from Five Star Ford (North Richland Hills) over a period of sixteen years. Friends of mine have purchased vehicles from this dealership as well. Each experience is as great as the first one. I bought my first two vehicles from Joshua Fichter and he still remembers me to this day. Josh is awesome! For the third vehicle, I worked with Marisa Thompson. She invited me to have a one/one meeting where she asked some thought provoking questions to help me narrow the type of vehicle I wanted. I test drove a few different cars before deciding on the Ford Edge. Elbert (Tut) Edwards was the finance person on all of my vehicles. He is friendly, knowledgeable and remembered me too. I enjoyed working with both Marisa and Tut at the dealership. They are both extraordinary people. Overall, the dealership is Amazing! I will continue to get my cars from this Five Star Ford (NRH).
