Auto Service as it should be Had Auto Butler service again last week. Abigail Peal handled my past services and performed outstandingly. Only 5 Star Service has and will service and fix as necessary our Taurus as long as we own the car. In the rare event we are out of town and a service and/or fix is required it will be by a ford dealership, and after returning home I will employ 5 Star to check and certify that the work was properly accomplished. John made my service experience very pleasing and w/o pain. I was fortunate to have John answer my telephone call. The battery in my 2012 F150 appeared to be on it's last leg. When I explained my dilemma to John he immediately provided a timeline for the battery testing and replacement. In addition, he assured me the price would be the amount he quoted w/o hidden costs. All went as expected, the invoice was the exact amount quoted and the work was very well done. Prior to talking w/John, I called Grapevine Ford and presented the same questions including a services price. Grapevine's price quote was alomost $60.00 higher for the same "Ford battery" size and warranty. Grapevine"s Services Representative was quick to point out that there would be additonal disposal fees and in-house charges. Odd that two Ford Dealerships in the same metro area priced the same product that differently. "Honesty" resides with John Maurice and Five Star Ford in N. Richland Hills.
