Great Experience I have been waiting a long time to purchase either an F150 or the new 2019 Ranger. My intention was to wait for the Rangers to be released before mak I have been waiting a long time to purchase either an F150 or the new 2019 Ranger. My intention was to wait for the Rangers to be released before making a decision on a new truck. I visited the 2018 DFW auto show and reviewed all the ford truck options and I was still sold on the new Ranger, however after visiting the 5 Star Ford dealership and speaking with Bob, I completely change my mind and decided to go with the F150. They had many vehicles to choose from and had a great sale going on. He showed me the different options available and took me for a test drive. I waited another week or so to make a decision on if I wanted the 201A or 301A package. I finally went with the 201A package because it was at the price point that I wanted to spend. The only downside to the entire experience is when the finance person tries to tack on a bunch of overpriced crap. Warranties, service contracts, etc. Besides, I will be receiving the same type of offers in the mail in a few weeks at half the price. This is a real turnoff because so many people fall for this stuff and end up with monthly payment that is twice as much as the were budgeting for. In closing, Bob was very helpful and patient with Me. I appreciated his honesty and commitment to helping me with my transportation needs. I would recommend 5 Star and Bob to friends and family. Sam Limo and Five Star Ford have done it again I was writing a review just like this almost 3 years ago when I bought my first ever new car (a 2015 Ford Edge). I bought that car from Sam Limo at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. Now, he was great (you can go find my review). But this is about my most recent experience (spoiler: he was still great). After my first purchase, while I loved my Edge, I had settled on a engine/color combination I didn't love. I would watch online for what I really wanted and never seemed to find it. Recently, I saw that a different Five Star Ford dealership had the exact combo I had wanted years ago. I called Sam. He was able to work with me on my trade in and get me top dollar, as well as work with me on the purchase of the new, new Edge to get it to a price that made it a little bit more reasonable for me to buy again so soon (not really justifiable, but this is about Sam being awesome, not my questionable decisions). Everything I have dealt with at Five Star Ford keeps me coming back. Financing, repair shop (had a warrantied replacement earlier this year on my last Edge), Sam of course. Everyone goes out of their way to make things painless for their customers. More
