Chad made it so EASY I used Consumer Reports to research the vehicle I wanted. Chad Ritter with Five Star Ford was the only person who sent me an actual quote and window I used Consumer Reports to research the vehicle I wanted. Chad Ritter with Five Star Ford was the only person who sent me an actual quote and window sticker of the vehicle I requested out of the 3 dealerships that emailed me. His quote was below the Consumer Reports "Great Price", so I was pretty happy with it. Chad responded almost immediately whenever I emailed him with questions, sent me pictures of the Escape, and made the financing options so easy. I was able to do everything through email. Chad even stayed 2 hours later on a Friday night so that I could drive in from out of town to pick up my car; I really appreciated that effort - made it easier for me and stress free.
