My purchase experience with 5 Star Ford NRH During the Christmas break, my wife and I have been trying to find our daughter a newer vehicle to drive back-and-forth to Texas Tech from the D/FW During the Christmas break, my wife and I have been trying to find our daughter a newer vehicle to drive back-and-forth to Texas Tech from the D/FW area. She was driving a 95 Ford Bronco and we wanted something newer with more safety features and hands-free phone. I contacted 5 Star Ford and was put in contact with John Hilsinger. John and I spoke over the phone a few times and I told him exactly what I was looking for, and exactly what I didn't want. John was not pushy at all and called me two times over the course of a week to tell me he had some cars for me to look at via email and was pushing me to come to the dealership if they weren't what we wanted. John called me Wednesday to tell me he thought he located the perfect Explorer for our daughter at one of his sister dealerships in Carrollton. He went out of his way to pick the car up at the Carrollton store and have it delivered to the North Richland Hills store so we wouldn't have to drive to Carrollton to look at it. As it turned out, we looked at it on Friday morning and bought it 1 hour later. It was, in fact, the perfect Explorer for our daughter. It even had more ammenities on it than we were looking for which was a bonus. John was never pushy, he never tried selling us something we didn't want, and he was super easy to talk to. I will be returning to 5 Star Ford for all my Ford purchases in the future and John Hilsinger will be my salesman of choice!
