Aaron Dias at 5 Star Ford is the Magic Man! I wanted a specific truck with a specific exterior and interior color (like most people, right?). However, all the dealers near my hometown of Denton, I wanted a specific truck with a specific exterior and interior color (like most people, right?). They agreed the price was reasonable but would not trade for the truck for that price. I e-mailed a few dealers and Aaron Dias from 5 Star Ford of Richland Hills e-mailed and called right away. "I can get you the truck you want for the price you want," he said, "when can you come pick it up?" Wow! We agreed on the price, Aaron and 5 Star traded for the truck and had it detailed and ready for a quick pickup within 3 days...and it was 400 miles away. I can't tell you how happy I was with the service because words can't describe the way I felt, I was just as amazed by the service and treatment by Aaron and 5 Star Ford as I was the truck, and it's one xxxx of an amazing truck. Great experience! I found the car I wanted online and had a quick and easy purchasing experience. The finance manager took care of everything quickly as well. The staff is very polite and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. The blower motor for the A/C went out after two days of leaving the lot. The great saving grace was, I called Sam he brought me back in and he and his management team took care of the repair and labor. Most dealerships would have left you out of luck, but not Five Star Ford. I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from them for this very reason. More
