Most Positive Car Buying Experience Ever! My husband and I were looking for a new car. I began searching the internet to see what kind of deal I could find. I can't remember the exact order of My husband and I were looking for a new car. I began searching the internet to see what kind of deal I could find. I can't remember the exact order of the internet search, but I received a call from Robert Abrams from 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills. After asking exactly what kind of car I was looking for and which features interested me the most, Robert told me he would find some cars for me to look at. I made an appointment to visit with Robert on that Thursday evening. When we met Robert to see the cars he had selected, we were delighted that he was right on target. After visiting another dealership, I decided the whole car buying experience was too much trouble and that I would keep the car I had. I let Robert know my decision and he asked that I give him a chance to show me just how easy buying a car could be. It was Saturday morning when he started working on my deal. We went back and forth a few times via text and email messages. By Saturday afternoon, I had bought a car while I sat in my favorite chair in my den! I took delivery of my new Ford Fusion Monday evening after work! Robert truly made this car buy experience the most positive, easiest purchase I've ever made! A Dealership that watches out for our best interests! I only have the utmost respect for this dealership, its leaders, and staff. I know it's a business and I know it's a for profit business, but honestly the atmosphere and the way they treat customers while it's professional it's very comfortable. There's no judgement, they don't look at you (or your credit history) like you're "less than". I appreciate the above and beyond efforts of our sales rep and the finance rep. So great! I have never had such a pleasurable experience like I've had at 5 Star Ford! 2 time buyer, the 2nd time my family was with me and they never complained, there was no long wait, every step was thorough and efficient.
