Rick gave us a great deal and worked hard to find us additional rebates. Our experience with Rick was very professional and comfortable (no stress) throughout. One thing I would wish Ford would improve is providing status on special order vehicles. We (and 5 Star) were in the dark for 6 weeks on when our vehicle was going to arrive and then it was suddenly a rush to get us to come pick it up. If Ford would set up a system to provide a weekly email on the build status and estimated arrival date of special order vehicles, that would go a long way to making this a perfect truck buying experience. David Hill in Financing did a great job on working with us on the extended warrantee pricing and providing details. Again, very professional and low stress. Jimmie Mathews spent 3 hours walking me through the extensive electronics on our new F-350. He was very good at explaining the ins and outs of the electronics and making it fun to learn about our new trucks capabilities. Very professional and patient. Over all the best car buying experience I have had in my 40 years of buying cars. I actually looked forward to working with them instead of dreading it like I was going into battle! More
F350 Crew Cab 8ft bed very Hard to Find Had a very hard time finding the truck I needed. Rick Dikes found my truck 290 miles away he had it brought to the dealership. Buying a car is traditionally a trying experience, but John patiently answered all my questions over a couple of days and a couple of visits with him. Never was I pressured to buy and his approach enhanced the experience by me realizing I was making the decision for me, not a salesman. During the financial portion of my purchase, Tut Edwards demonstrated a great knowledge of what should and should not happen during this part of a car purchase. His sense of humor and obvious knowledge of the process was refreshing. The entire process was a pleasant surprise. More

will continue to be a loyal customer I have to admit that I am one of those customers that happen to find even the tiniest issue. There were some factory related items with my car that to I have to admit that I am one of those customers that happen to find even the tiniest issue. There were some factory related items with my car that took longer to straighten out with the manufacturer, which made me inpatient at some point. However, both John and Jeff never gave up and worked tirelessly to make things right. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided all of the information I asked for in a timely manner. Every time I visited the dealership the communication with John was making me confident that everything is going to be taken care of, which is exactly what happened. Once the manufacturer’s system was finally updated, Jeff personally made it happen almost instantly. From the very beginning, they also went above and beyond to make this transaction happen while also keeping in mind the interest of the dealership in a very reasonable way. Overall, I doubt that an another car dealership can match the exceptional, friendly and best in class customer service that FSF NRH is able to deliver because of employees like John, Crystal and Jeff and their commitment to the dealership’s vision and mission statement. Great Experience! My wife and I were looking for a nice used vehicle for her, and found one on the Five Star Ford web site. Our neighbors had recently bought a used an My wife and I were looking for a nice used vehicle for her, and found one on the Five Star Ford web site. Our neighbors had recently bought a used and new car from them, and recommended them to us. We met with Travis Ferguson, checked out the car, and it was everything we wanted. It was also a Ford Certified vehicle, so it came with a very good warranty. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed, and Travis had them taken care of for us. The car was ready on time, as promised. David Welch was our finance guy, and actually got us a better rate than our bank! Very nice experience overall, my wife couldn't be happier with her "new to her" car, and we would certainly buy from them again. More
