Not only did we get a good deal on our trade in but we got an amazing deal on the Explorer we purchased. I guarantee that when we finish paying off our other car and are in need of replacing it we will be back to see Danny for our next car. Very pleasant overall experience I knew what I wanted before going into the dealership for the first time to begin my search for a vehicle. I had previously researched prices and kne I knew what I wanted before going into the dealership for the first time to begin my search for a vehicle. I had previously researched prices and knew what I was willing to pay for the features I wanted. I was upfront with my salesman (William May) and let him know what I was looking for and about what it should cost me. I'm not looking to make the dealership rich off of my deal, but I wasn't trying to rip them off, either. I inquired about all possible rebate programs available to me. Once he knew my expectations, he was very honest, upfront, and accommodating to my needs. At no time was I under any sales pressure to make a purchase. I proceeded through the entire process at my own pace and made a deal that I felt was fair for everyone involved. I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to deal with this dealership (my 2nd purchase here) or William May again in the future. In fact, I would highly recommend others to ask for William May if they are in the market for a vehicle at this dealership. More

After my last visit (100,000 mile) I heard a noise under the hood, and returned to the dealership. Someone had left the power steering bracket off, and it had fallen close to the fan. It didn't do any damage, but sure could have. I just recently purchased a 2017, f-150 and really love the truck. I had a flat tire last Friday evening, so I went to the dealer Saturday morning to discover they did not have any tires for my brand new truck. Unbelievable! They ordered one, which arrived Tuesday. I went back to the dealer at 6:30 am, Wednesday morning. Was the first person in line, but did not get away from there until 8:45. That is just plain bad costumer service. I dread taking my truck to them because I don't know how long anything will take or what kind of service I will get. Thinking about going to another dealer. Service adviser, John Maurice, did everything he could to expedite everything, including checking on the status of my tire on his day off. More
