Best car buying experience by far Crystal Sanders and the team at Five Star Ford NRH made my experience great. I started out at 2 other dealerships MacChurchhill Acura who didn't want Crystal Sanders and the team at Five Star Ford NRH made my experience great. I started out at 2 other dealerships MacChurchhill Acura who didn't want to let me leave without a car even if it wasn't a car I liked and Huggins Honda who was nice but didn't see what I was looking for. I then went to see Crystal because of her involvement in our local community, and the experience was better than I hoped for. They showed me multiple vehicles, and always kept in mind my budget and what I was hoping for which were not easy to match. In the end I picked a vehicle that I though I was happy with but realized it was not the right fit, the team wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and worked it out so that I got everything I needed. Throughout the process I worked with a few different people and everyone made me feel as if they appreciated my business. Sam went above and beyond answering all of my questions prior to me driving 280 miles one way to pick up my vehicle. Just think, I was purchasing a used vehicle-sight unseen in person and Sam had ample photos on the website. He also had the truck ready when we arrived to pick it up. He also went and smelled the truck the day prior to our scheduled pick up to make sure it didn't smell like cigarette smoke. That was a concern for my wife and I so at the last minute he was our eyes and nose. If we have the opportunity to purchase again, we will definitely drive 280 miles again to do business at this dealership and with Sam. More
