I choose to lease and this was my first time doing so; John and C What is normally a dreaded experience (car buying) turned out to be an awesome day. I choose to lease and this was my first time doing so; John and Crystal were extremely patient in explaining all the terms and conditions and differences in leasing versus buying. I never once felt pressured and truly felt like they had my best interest in mind during this process. They also stressed that just because the transaction is complete doesn't mean the relationship ends there, which I greatly appreciated. I've never owned a Ford before so the Sync technology is new to me. They walked me through my Escape and gave me both of their numbers to call anytime with questions. They also informed me of the Sync classes that are taught on site and I'll be attending one this Saturday. I have another Ford dealership closer to my new house but came to Five Star Ford in NRH because of a referral. My friend recommended I go talk to John Little and now I know why. John and Crystal make an awesome team and I am grateful to both of them for helping to make this experience a great one. Thank you! More

Ordered and purchased 2 cars recently changed jobs and was driving a F250 to and from work. My wife was also over 30 miles each way to her job and wanted to find a new vehicle to help save on gas. We called Alfred at Five Star and told him what we wanted and he set up an appointment with us to come and look at the C MAX ENERGI and the Fusion ENERGI. They did not have exactly what we wanted on the lot so Alfred took us over to Jim and he ordered the cars for us. The cars got to Five Star this week and we picked up the cars. We got exactly what we were looking for and can already tell that this was a great fit for our needs. After we went over the cars and worked with Jim to get everything in line he took us over to see Sam in after market. We worked with Sam to get the windows tinted and to schedule a date to get this done. We then had the TUT experience in financing. Tut went over all the option and cost and since this was not the first time we had worked with him we got everything completed very quickly. This is the only place we have purchased a vehicle in the last 18 years and we still have the 2 F-150's and F250's we purchased from them. More
