He was able to beat the best deal we had found with 3 other dealerships. Robert had as much of the paperwork done as possible before we went to the dealership for the first time. We had almost everything resolved/finalized before we ever went to the dealership and we left that same evening with the truck. I will definitely check with Robert the next time we are in the market for a Ford vehicle! More

The General Manager is extremely personable and you can actually shake his hand if you are fortunate to encounter him in the showroom. We fight the loop traffic getting there from Arlington, but wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Our salesman, Justin, stays focused on you, putting nothing else first 'even if you are with him for the whole day' like we were on New Years Eve 2016! They are not high pressure and permit the guest/customer take the time needed to be certain about their vehicle investment. The only area of improvement is the time to register the vehicle, waited on tags about 30 days, however, to their defense it was end-of-year sellout and they most likely dealt with a ton of vehicle sales during December - January. More

Replacing My Ford Edge I have always purchased my vehicles in Arlington Tx at Texan Ford (now known as AutoNation). Two Years ago we decided to go to 5 star and purchase a 2015 Ford Edge. Jason Howell helped us and it was a great experience. Last January 2017 I was hit from behind and my edge was totaled. The impact was so hard my divers seat broke. Thankfully I was not hurt but I had only had my Edge 14 months and all the equity I had in it was gone. I didn't have a down payment so I started looking for a used edge to replace the one I had. As soon as I would find one and call on it was being looked at or papers were signed that morning. I had called 5 start used cars and spoke to Juan and I told him the one I lost I had bought from them and Jason helped me. He said he would look and get back to me. to my surprise a few hours later Jason called me. He said he heard what happened and they would get me in a car. He texted me pictures of one and it just wasn't what I wanted. So Friday 02/11/2017 I Showed up at the dealership around 3:00PM and I was out by 5 with the perfect car. I have never had such an easy purchase. My payments are a little higher and I needed gap insurance but I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. An Exceptional Car Buying Experience I saw a used Mercedes-Benz online and Aaron Dias called me. When I went to see the car, it was almost closing time and Mr Dias was gone for the day. H I saw a used Mercedes-Benz online and Aaron Dias called me. When I went to see the car, it was almost closing time and Mr Dias was gone for the day. However, the used car salesperson, Greg Foster, was friendly and helpful. I thought about the car for a few days and then contacted Mr. Dias. He advised me that the car was scheduled to go to the auction. I asked him if he'd contact me if the car returned and he said that he would. A few days later Mr. Dias called to advise me that the car was back on their lot. I went back to the dealership that day.and purchased my car the following week, In addition, to Aaron Dias and Greg Foster, Sam Limo and David Hill also assisted in making my experience exceptional.
