We called to make sure it was still available and spoke with Alfred. He set up a time with us, and he was immediately available the moment we arrived, which was almost an hour later than we expected. We test drove, found it was exactly what we wanted, then sat down to talk loan figures. The system initially said we were not eligible for 0%, but Alfred was able to check and get us approved anyway. Afterward we went to see Robert in F&I. He walked us through and made sure our final figures were acceptable. Alfred followed through after we were finished and made sure everything was acceptable and saw us on our way. Overall, the experience went more quickly, and was more pleasant than any previous car-buying experience. More
