He took the time to go over the options of each vehicle to properly select the best vehicle to meet my needs. He went a step further by having the sync manager Jimmie Mathews go over the vehicle and all features with me. Jimmie also provided me with additional documents in case I forget any instructions. He also followed up by sending me a text showing the app I could download to get the most from my Ford experience More

After we test drove the vehicle we told him we had to pick our son up from the airport and he worked very diligently and efficiently to complete the deal so we could be on our way. He was very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. The finance person was Anthony and was HANDS DOWN the BEST finance person we've ever worked with. He was honest and didn't try to sell us unnecessary packages. He was hilariously funny and we literally laughed the entire time we were in his office. I will never go to any other dealership again. Kudos to Five Star Ford for treating customers how we deserve to be treated!! For some reason I don't have the ability to actually rate Jason and Anthony but they are both definitely 5 stars! More

From the moment I submitted my quote request the process was seamless. I could not recommend this dealership, or Robert, more. Today I waited 2 hours for an oil change. They I found out I need new breaks. Fortunately they have time to install them today. Thank you for that! I didn't want to wait any longer, so I took a courtesy shuttle home. Mr. Harry Waymire was a very nice man, very good and pleasant driver who know how to get me home fast, safe and sound. More
