Very good experience. I test drove a couple of trucks with different equipment and decided what I wanted. When I was ready to buy, told the salesman what I wanted, I asked for 18" wheels instead of the 20" that a lot of the Lariat with the 3.5 ecoboost had, he called me back the next day, he found one just like I wanted in Oklahoma, but had one on the lot with exactly what I wanted but with 20" wheels. I looked at it and decided to go with the 20" for the time being. They gave a decent discount right off the bat and some rebates, and gave a reasonable trade in on my old truck. Closing the deal was painless, there was a minor issue where they gave me a rebate that I didn't qualify for when we were negotiating the previous day, and that was removed, but they immediately adjusted the final cost so that it was the same as agreed to the previous day, no arguments or drama. No hidden costs added in, upsell items were offered, but when I said no, that was the end of it. Very refreshing compared to a Dodge dealer that had almost $2000 in useless add-ons already installed in every truck on the lot. A great experience. More
