This is my first car and the experience was great! I am a single mother of two kids with a tight paycheck and no other form of income, no help from child support, just my parents as far as them babysit I am a single mother of two kids with a tight paycheck and no other form of income, no help from child support, just my parents as far as them babysitting so I can go to work. My old car kept breaking out on me and it was alwayz one thing after another. My parents have been into Ford before and have told me about their great experience. I was a little scared at first because this would be my first car that I pay for on my own but when I talked to Doreen Bainbridge not only did she help me out as far as finding an affordable car but she didn't everything she could to have me leave the same day with a great car. Then I also talked to Jimmy Troung and he was great, he was on the phone till he got me qualified. I am so blessed to have met these two ppl because they are apart of my life now. This is a huge milestone in my life and I have them to thank for. They are not in it just for the job but they actually care about the people and want to help.
