Truly the best I recently purchased my dream car (Escape). When I told my co-workers that I was purchasing a new car they started asking questions about interest rat I recently purchased my dream car (Escape). When I told my co-workers that I was purchasing a new car they started asking questions about interest rates and such. They did not understand my situation and gave me a hard time saying that I was going to be paying too much for my new car. However, when I went in to finalize my purchase with Five Star Ford, this woman who " was going to be taken advantage of" received an excellent interest rate. In fact not one of my co-workers is paying less than I am but more than I am. This dealership did not take advantage of this Grandma but gave her the car of her dreams at a price that she can afford. Tony listened to what I wanted and what I needed to make the deal and he worked with me to make it happen. Kenneth was very detailed in what I was paying for and was very clear on what was and wasn't covered under the mfg warranty. He was clear on what the Gold Warranty was and made a sell there as well. I have already told everyone at my job exactly what kind of experience I had with Five Star Ford, and will continue to do so. One of the best parts about this dealership is how they listened to us; when something seemed a little off with the way the car ran, they took it back, testing it again and again to make sure it ran like a car with a brand new engine should! Ohh did I mention my wife pick the car up at 5:30pm from the Body Shop and her appointment was at 7pm and Five Star did not charge her for the tire repair and she made her 7pm appointment. More
