Our salesman listened to our needs and wants concerning a vehicle and came up with a unit on the lot that I felt was a good fit and a great deal! We were introduced to the GM , who personally called us a few days later to make sure that we were happy with the car. In finance, We were given a no pressure presentation of the extended warranty options and surprised with a lower than expected interest rate. Great Service Experience! More

I had been having a lot of trouble with my old car and I knew it would break down any day. I was worried about how I was going to get to work, as my vehicle was almost unsafe to drive. I wasn't sure if I could afford to get myself another, but I went to Five Star to see what my options were. MM Ross and Doreen Bainbridge worked with me to find a payment plan that I could afford, and for a brand new car at that! Freddie Valdovinos helped me find warranties that fit my budget and covered any concerns I would have. The whole process was easy, and I felt like I was a high priority the entire time. I might add that I'm young, and have never bought a car before. They helped me understand the process and get through it smoothly.
