I was actually recommended Five Star Ford by a colleague of mine who had purchased several Ford vehicles over the years and I am glad I went there for I was actually recommended Five Star Ford by a colleague of mine who had purchased several Ford vehicles over the years and I am glad I went there for my new Ford. It was a very pleasant and hassle-free car buying experience. The group of Kelly, David, and Jim were very helpful and Jim took the extra time and effort to get the vehicle I wanted from out of state, that too for the price we worked out. Although, the car I bought had a little extra factory-installed accessory, Jim was very upfront about the extra cost and in the end I ended up paying less than the invoice. They were upfront, candid in their interactions and readied the vehicle and paperwork for us in advance. Tut Edwards, the finance manager was also very helpful and it was a smooth experience through and through. I would certainly recommend them for anybody looking to buy a new Ford. They don't pressure nor hide anything, which is a big deal for me. If I end up buying Ford in the future, they'd be my first and probably the only choice. More
