He helped me determine the best options for leasing or purchasing a new car and was able to put a deal together that allowed us to purchase vs. lease which was our preference. Justin came in on his day off to get the deal started for us and was very friendly and patient when we came in to choose the vehicle. Five Star had the car I wanted in stock with the options I preferred. MM Ross went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible on the car and made us feel like VIPs! Bob Little was quick in getting the papework taken care of. Jimmy Matthews stepped in to help Justin when I came in to pick up the car. I spent hours researching their inventory online and narrowed it down to a handful of trucks. James Garrett and Ford Yeager cheerfully ventured out into the rain and pulled each one to the front door for us to drive and inspect. Both men were very knowledgeable of the products, honest, and a blast to deal with. I actually couldn't wait to return the next day to finalize the deal. I can't recommend enough James Garrett and Ford Yeager. I have also visited them in the past and they actually suggested I wait before purchasing because the timing and deals were not optimum for my situation. And then there's the "Tut Experience". Tut is one of the financing professionals and was a pleasure to work with. He had me laughing the entire time. He reviewed a couple of other financing options and helped me choose the one best for us. You can tell Tut really enjoys his work and helping people find what's best for their needs. After the deal was complete, he made a hilarious announcement on the intercom letting everyone know you are now a part of the Sam Pack family. The entire dealership was laughing when I left his office. Lastly, I just wanted to mention I have used their service department a couple of times for my wife's Explorer and have nothing but good things to say about them as well. More
