Five Star Ford - Excellent Experience I was in the market for an F150 Crew Cap and chose 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills based on positive internet reviews. I was not disappointed!! I was in the market for an F150 Crew Cap and chose 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills based on positive internet reviews. I was not disappointed!! My Sales Representative was Joe Ferrantelli, who has been with 5 Star for several years. He was friendly, easy to work with and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the Ford product line. He explained numerous features before, during and after our test drive. I went home after my initial test drive and followed up with Joe the next day. He informed me that the vehicle I drove had been sold and said he had another one just like it. I ran some numbers and called him back, and he told me that the second vehicle had just sold. He walked me through the remaining selection on their internet inventory and tried to find me an acceptable replacement. We couldn't agree on one, but in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES Joe called me back and said the buyer on the second vehicle did not close on the sale and he offered to hold it for me if I got over there from Dallas. He did just what he said he'd do -- the vehicle was there, the deal was very fair, and Bob, the Business Manager, professionally walked me through the financing paperwork. The deal was done in just under 2 hours. I was very impressed with the folks at 5 Star. I wanted a Ford, but in looking at other manufacturer's products (all well known truck brands), the people at 5 Star, especially Joe, stood out as far as professionalism and product knowledge go. They are great to work with. More

What a Great Experience! I had a tough situation and they worked hard to tender a deal for me that worked. I had a new 2014 BMW with a clear title that I didn't like and I dec I had a tough situation and they worked hard to tender a deal for me that worked. I had a new 2014 BMW with a clear title that I didn't like and I decided I wanted a Ford F-150 again. But how to make that deal work that could be a win/win for both parties, I was afraid it was next to impossible. Even though I thought the BMW I had was not right for me, I was prepared to keep it if I couldn't find the deal I wanted because it was a great car with still a lot of value left in it. In other words, I wasn't desperate. I didn't HAVE to make that deal and I didn't want to force it. But they made it happen and I was very pleased. Now I'm in the truck I wanted. Thanks to all who made it possible. I worked with Ken McLemore and also had conversations with Joshua Fichter, but I'm sure others were involved as well whose names I do not know. It was also late at night when I should have let them go home and come back the next working day, but they wanted to stay with me until the deal was done. Now I'm off and running and very happy about it. See you on the road! I will say that in 2007 I met Tony Pack after my two children were nearly killed in a car accident. Tony was a great encouragement to me, allowing me to sit in his office and hear his story from years ago. He gave me a copy of his book, which I've read cover to cover, and I have always appreciated him for that encouragement that he gave to my kids and I. What a great man! Interestingly enough, I never bought from there until now...some 8 years later. I will again, but since I'm in the truck I wanted, it may be a while. :-) More

Quick in and out experience I needed a car with better gas mileage and knew that the Focus Titanium Hatchback was it. Major Repair In March 2014 My wife and I purchased a brand new 2014 Taurus from Five Star Ford. In April 2014 (the following month) we attended a military reunion In March 2014 My wife and I purchased a brand new 2014 Taurus from Five Star Ford. In April 2014 (the following month) we attended a military reunion in Shreveport Louisiana. On the way home from Shreveport we were pummeled by hail for 6 minutes. Damage to our new Taurus was extensive, the hood, windshield, roof, trunk led, etc. were damaged beyond repair. I thought the insurance company would total the car, but they did not. Therefore, I had it repaired by Five Star Ford's Collision Center. Nathan Hultquist supervised the repairs. I purposely took a year to evaluate the repairs. In my 82 years I have had body work done on automobiles and this job by Five Star Ford is the very best. After a year our Taurus does not have a rattle, is as tight as it was the day it was delivered. After the repairs, our Taurus is as good as, if not better, new. More
