From the moment we entered the show room, we were greeted in a timely manner and began the process to buy our 2014 Ford Edge. Our Sales Associate, Randal Sindell was very helpful and knowledgeable. The floor manager, Joshua, was also very knowledgeable and quick to help explain all scenarios of financing options. He made it clear that we were a family member, not just a customer so he made sure we understood all the rebates, programs etc. that would benefit us as well as make the sale go as smooth as possible. Finally we met Tut Edwards, or as he prefers, the TUTMAN EXPERIENCE. It truly was a great experience in dealing with him and finalizing everything. Last and certainly not least was Jimmie the SYNC/MY TOUCH technician which I thoroughly enjoyed talking with. He was very helpful in explaining the SYNC system and I am glad to say I will return to his class that is held on Saturday to get more out of our SYNC system.
