Best Car Buy Experience EVER!!! THEY WORKED A MIRACLE FOR ME. I have gone through a divorce and had my credit messed up while going through that. When I called and spoke with Alfred THEY WORKED A MIRACLE FOR ME. I have gone through a divorce and had my credit messed up while going through that. When I called and spoke with Alfred at Five Star in North Richland Hills on Saturday Sept. 6, 2014, I told him I shouldn’t even be calling them because I know there is nothing they can do. He told me, “let the bank tell you that. Our financing people are amazing”. He was not kidding. I told him that I wanted to get a Mustang and then laughed and told him I know I am asking for a miracle. He told me to fill out the online credit app that he will send me over my email and he will look at it. I filled that out and he called me within 10 minutes and said that he was going to have to get his finance guy to look it over and talk with the bank on Monday and then he will call me Monday morning. Monday morning about 9AM I get a text from Alfred letting me know that he found the perfect 2010 Mustang Convertible for me and Jack, the finance guy has received an approval for this car and then he told me the payments. I about dropped in the floor when he told me. The payments are lower than I told him I wanted to be at. Between Alfred and Jack at Five Star Ford North Richland Hills they worked a miracle and are such a blessing to me. My old car was giving me trouble and I was worried every time I got in it. Now I have a car that I do not have to worry if I am going to make it to where I am going, and it looks amazing as well. I love the car and the people at Five Star Ford NRH. Alfred found the car and submitted to Jack; Jack had an approval for me on that car before I ever stepped one foot on their lot. I would recommend Five Star Ford NRH to anyone!!!
